Listening Tour at CWC LA

In my first two months at CWC LA, I have met numerous members of our strong, passionate and enthusiastic community. Through my listening tour, it has been clear to me that the CWC community shares core values and goals for our students. I have learned that parents are excited about the education their children are receiving and staff love working here. CWC is a highly collaborative organization with a huge amount of energy around instructional innovation, specifically around social emotional learning and our academic program. In general, as a Los Angeles region, we have a tremendous opportunity to come together to collaborate and strengthen CWC’s incredible work. I believe our strong foundation, coupled with the passion and energy of our community, will take us far as we fulfill our vision for CWC’s children.

En mis primeros dos meses en CWC LA, he conocido a numerosos miembros de nuestra fuerte, apasionado y entusiasta comunidad. A través de mi gira de escucha, ha sido claro para mí que la comunidad de CWC comparte los valores fundamentales y metas para nuestros estudiantes. He aprendido que los padres están entusiasmados con la educación que reciben sus hijos y el personal ama trabajar trabajar aquí. CWC es una organización altamente colaborativa con una enorme cantidad de energía alrededor de la innovación de instrucción, especialmente en torno al aprendizaje emocional-social y de nuestro programa académico. En general, como una región de Los Ángeles, tenemos una gran oportunidad de reunirse para colaborar y fortalecer el increíble trabajo de CWC. Creo que nuestra sólida base, junto con la pasión y la energía de nuestra comunidad, nos llevará hasta a cumplir con nuestra visión para los niños de CWC.

CWC에 부임하여 처음 두 달동안, 강하고, 열정적이고, 열심인 공동체의 많은 분들을 만났습니다. 듣는 만남들을 통해, CWC 공동체가 아이들을 위해 핵심적인 가치와 목표를 공유한다는 것이 제게는 명확해졌습니다. 학부모들이 아이들이 받는 교육에 대해 기뻐하시고 직원들이 이 곳에서 일하는 것을 좋아한다는 것을 알았습니다. CWC 는 고도로 협력적인 조직으로서 학습 혁신, 특히 사회적 정서적 학습과 우리의 학업 프로그램에 대한 엄청난 양의 에너지가 넘치는 곳입니다. 일반적으로 로스앤젤레스 지역 주민은 함께 모여 CWC의 놀라운 일에 협력하고 이를 강화할 엄청난 기회를 누립니다. 저는공동체의 열정과 에너지가 굳건한 토대와 결합하여 CWC의 아이들을 위한 비전을 성취할 때까지 우리를 이끌어 갈 것을 믿습니다.
