All CWC Los Angeles schools aim to enroll mission-aligned families who mirror the socio-economic, racial and ethnic diversity of the community in which the school resides. Families who choose our schools believe deeply in our mission and fundamentals of academic excellence, diversity, and community. In order to achieve this balance of diversity, we engage in outreach to our communities via local community-based organizations, head starts, pre-schools, and CWC supporters, community leaders, and our currently enrolled families. Everyone in our schools engages in student recruitment and outreach, in each of our communities families may meet parent volunteers, teachers and teaching associates, community engagement directors, and members of the schools leadership and operations teams.
